How Do I Check Order Status?

Has my order shipped?

If you have any questions regarding the shipping status of your purchase, either email us at help@rockytoptactical.com or call us at 276-685-8000.

Rocky Top Tactical ships your purchases from several different warehouses depending on the item purchased. All firearms are shipped directly from Bristol TN via FEDEX, and we include your email as part of the shipping information we submit to FEDEX. Firearms usually ship within 3 days of purchase unless otherwise specified. Please note that before we can ship your firearm, we MUST HAVE AN FFL from your local gun dealer or pawn shop.

For non-firearm items, we will provide you with tracking information as soon as we generate it. Once again, should you have any questions regarding shipping status, either email us at admin@rockytoptactical.com or call us at 276-685-8000.

As we continue improving our online store capability, you will soon be able to click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. Until then, however, please call or email us with questions.

 

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order.

If you should either change or cancel your order, please also to be sure that you either email us at admin@rockytoptactical.com or call us at 276-685-8000 to let us know that you have submitted changes into our system.

Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped we will email you tracking information from either FEDEX or UPS.

My order never arrived.

Either email us at help@rockytoptactical.com or call us at 276-685-8000. We will immediately investigate the matter to ensure that you either receive your shipment or receive an immediate refund of your payment.

How Does Rocky Top Tactical Handle Back Orders?

Our policy is to not process "back orders." Before we process your order and charge your credit card we ensure the item(s) you order are available, and if not, we immediately notify you that the item is out of stock. We do not believe that we should keep you hanging onto the hope that we may get something soon when you may be able to find it immediately from another merchant.

We do take orders on difficult to obtain or special order firearms. We will only do this when we have a direct relationship with the manufacturer and can give you some definite estimate (based on our information from the manufacturer) when we can deliver your firearm. In these cases we require a 15% down payment before we initiate the order. This deposit is refundable so long as we can recover our cost in ordering the item from the manufacturer and the purchaser cancels their order prior to our receiving the firearm. If we cannot recover our cost or we have already paid the manufacturer for the firearm, we will NOT refund the 15% down payment.
